Graduating Class Teachers’ Conference
There was a chill in the air in early spring. After suddenly getting warmer, it has turned cold again. On the afternoon of 2nd March, in order to further strengthen the management and guidance of the work of graduating classes, enhance communication among the graduating class teachers, and promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the graduating classes, the Primary Section held the graduating class teachers' conference, which was presided over by Teaching Director Zhao Xinlong, and attended by Principal Assistant Liu Qiongdan, Deputy Director Xu Yanxia and the teachers of Chinese, mathematics and English of the graduating classes.
Specifically, the conference mainly includes the following four aspects: first of all, the lesson preparation group leaders of Chinese, mathematics and English respectively made a detailed analysis of the subject learning status of students of the graduating classes, and exchanged the improvement methods; Second of all, Director Zhao Xinlong emphasized the focus and goals of the work of graduating classes, and put forward scientific guidance to the teaching work of Chinese, mathematics and English respectively. Third of all, Deputy Director Xu Yanxia proposed practical and effective suggestions on the management and teaching of the graduating classes. Finally, in combination with specific data, Principal Assistant Liu Qiongdan elaborated on the final exam results of students during the last semester and the results of this semester, and pointed out the direction for the teachers to work hard. Meanwhile, Principal Assistant Liu Qiongdan highly affirmed the good style of class and style of study of the graduating classes, encouraging the teachers to pool their wisdom and actions to forge ahead and further promote the quality of education and teaching.
To sum up, this conference made clear the work objectives of the graduating class teachers, pointed out the direction for the graduating class teachers, greatly encouraged the enthusiasm of teachers and added confidence to them. It’s believed that under the joint efforts of all graduating class teachers, this year’s graduating class students are sure to add credit to their Alma Mater with impressive achievements and brilliant performance.
